Stephanie Philippides, MD
Dr. Philippides was born and raised in New Mexico. She initially began her training in Family Practice but after realizing she enjoyed taking care of women she decided to specialize in OB/Gyn. She completed her residency at the University of New Mexico and has decided to stay and practice medicine locally in the place that she calls home. She and her husband welcomed a baby girl in 2011 and are enjoying every moment of being new parents.

Special Interests: Dr. Philippides enjoys all aspects of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She likes helping pregnant women to achieve healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. She is especially interested in complicated and complex pregnancies, such as teen pregnancies or moms who are a little older, as well as pregnancies complicated by obesity, diabetes, and other medical conditions.
