Erika Solis-Gilmore, MD

Dr. Solis-Gilmore is a proud native of NM. She was born in Las Cruces and was raised in the small town of Mesquite, NM. She attended UNM and after completing her undergraduate degree, she taught high school biology for two years at the same high school she attended and graduated from. She returned to Albuquerque for medical school and completed her residency at the University of New Mexico as well. During medical school she and her husband, Brian, welcomed their first son Tyler. They welcomed their second son Elijah in March of 2011. She loves spending time with her friends, younger brothers, and the rest of her family. In her free time she enjoys traveling, dancing, singing karaoke, and keeping up with her very active boys.

Special Interests: She is fluent in Spanish. Enjoys all aspects of both obstetrics and gynecology. She is committed in providing the best care to her patients. She has a special interest in adolescent medicine, loves delivering babies, and enjoys minimally invasive surgery and enjoys assisting on the Robot.
