
Christine Mayes, FNP-BC
Christine Mayes, FNP-BC, has called New Mexico home since 2007 after growing up in multiple states as a military dependent. She graduated from Rio Rancho High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.
Christine has a diverse clinical background, with experience spanning multiple healthcare settings from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to urgent care. Through this broad exposure, she discovered her true professional passion in women’s health. She spent seven years working with Women’s Specialists of New Mexico as a triage nurse, where she developed deep expertise in supporting women across all stages of life.
Motivated to further expand her ability to care for patients, Christine continued her education and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has since worked as a primary care provider for three years, consistently finding her greatest fulfillment in caring for women’s health patients.
Christine has a strong interest in all aspects of women’s health, with a particular passion for preventive care. She believes in empowering patients through education, proactive screening, and compassionate, individualized care to support long-term health and wellness.
